Lucita wasn't ever easily impressed by anything, but she definitely noted the fact that this man was handsome with his cheeky smile and long locks.

She smirked back.

"Meet me halfway. By the marina?" She gestured to an area nearby where small personal vessels were docked.

Indrid grinned, rolling onto his back and already kicking blue freckled legs.

“I’ll race you there.” He called before rolling back underneath the surface again as a seal, and plunging toward the marina.

Lucita gave a little huffed laugh and proceeded to skate herself towards the marina and docks.

Indrid was quick, mindfully weaving between boats and underwater wildlife. As he approached the crowded docks, he slowed down, lurking just below the platform. His face barely breached the water, as he quietly looked through the slats in the docks, hoping to surprise the girl.

Lucita skated on down to the docks and even made her way over the bumpy slats of wood with an effortless sort of ease. She scanned over the water, hoping to see the man.

Indrid smirked, popping up above the water and splashing at her feet.

“Too slow,” he teased, floating onto his back and holding the phone up in the air.

Lucita let an airy huff, but smiled as she looked down at her wet skates. She looked back to the young man and gestured to her skates.

"First you steal my phone and then you ruin my three hundred dollar skates?" She teased.

“I could make it up to you?” Indrid grinned, swimming along side bed before hoisting himself up to sit on the edge of the dock. Though freshly eighteen, Indrid was large in stature. He was very much built like an athlete, his shoulders were broad and his arms quite wide around. When in his man form he was nude, but he wasn’t embarrassed about it in the least. He bore his grey flesh, littered with blue spots like that of a seal. His hair was long and still wet, clinging to the rigid edges of his jaw and slope of his shoulders.

He reached out his hand to her, offering out the phone. “I’m Indrid.” He introduced.

Lucita was not easily bashful, especially about nudity. She simply reached out to take her phone, still smiling softly.

"Lucita." She gave her name. "For the record, Indrid is a much better name than Seal Boy."

“Lucita, a beautiful name.” Indrid began, leaning back on the palms of his hands Indrid’s accent was thick but not incomprehensible. He smiled sweetly though there was some gleam of mischief behind his dark eyes. Indrid by nature was a flirt.

“I suppose a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” He sort of crooned with a grin.

“Aye, getting pricked is half the fun.” Indrid grinned, leaning back on his palms and looking up at her somewhat adoringly.

"Agreed." Lucita smiled before pushing herself to do a lazy twirl on her skates. "So, do you live in the water with the other selkies, Indrid? Do you just come up to the surface to harass pretty girls?"

“I’m a land lover theses days, but I promise you’re special, Lucita.” He nodded with certainty. “Would you ever go for a swim or do you only skate?” He asked, gesturing weakly at her skates.

“I tend to only swim in the gymnasium pool at school, or take my chances at the public pool near my uncle’s family’s place.” Lucita shrugged.
