August appeared from the employee's lounge entrance/exit. Thank goodness his uniform was just whatever with a vest, although dusting off his all black ensemble, he wondered if it was a step up or down from a uniform. He looked dressed for a funeral.

"Uh, ready." He announced, rejoining the male from earlier.

Irving was leaning on the baby swing box and had the bag of clothes hanging from his arm. He glanced over at the man and eyed him up and down before giving a small smirk.

"I know you weren't planning on going to a baby shower, but did you intend to dress for the funeral parlor?" He teased.

"Thanks? I guess." August chuckled before releasing his hand and automatically picking up the gifts to carry them out. He led the way out to the parking lot, it was store policy employees park in the farthest spaces but August never did. His little faded blue bug, a hand me down from distant relatives. August called her 'June' in spirit of having months as names, she was a beater for sure but she got him from A to B.

June released an awful gunshot sound before taking off with a jolt.
