"Yeah, but my family goes to Romania a lot for holiday and stuff like that. Both of my parents are from there and my mom still has our bunicul there, so we try to visit him often." Mishka explained.

"That's fair. I guess I'd be out of my comfort zone where you are too." Mishka replied, sighing as he stopped them in front of the building. "I guess I gotta go up there and face your dad then. He's not a mean guy, is he?" He looked to Lua, though he wondered if he'd get an unbiased answer.

Nevandre and his publisher were both perched at a little table at the corner of the main room, the publisher notably trying to keep Nevandre's head level while Nevandre, donned in his finest (and only) suit and glasses (because for some reason that makes him unrecognizable), looked rather irritable. However, that irritation turned to pleased, but subtle confusion, when he heard his daughter.

"Lua? What are you doing here?" He asked, looking up when he heard her.

Lua ran over to him, always happy to see her Dad no matter how little time has passed. She looked a little worse for wear, she did her best to tend to her face but there were little brown streaks from smeared blood and clumps of it on her nose and mouth that had dried. Her sweater of course still ripped and arm scraped up, which was noticeable as she waved at him.

"There was an accident, I ran into your courier, literally. So you're package was late, I'm sorry, Papa. But I came with him to make sure it got to you with explanation." She explained.

"Minha pequena lua! What happened to you?" Nevandre demanded as he hurried to his feet and met Lua, gently taking her face between his hands. "This courier ran you over? With what? A truck?"

Mishka made a face. This was not going to go over well.

"No, Papa, just his bike. I feel so awful, the wheel dented from hitting me. He'll be missing out on work because of me." Lua exclaimed with remorse, obviously not catching on that this wouldn't end in Mishka's favor.

"He struck you so hard it bent a wheel?" Nevandre sputtered before his gaze shifted to Mishka, who was anxiously wringing the package in his hands as he watched Nevandre fuss over Lua. "You hit her so hard you dented your wheel?" He seethed at the young man.

"I-it was an accident. I was in a rush and I came out of an alley and we bumped into each other." Mishka flushed, embarrassed and nervous.

"You practically mauled her!" Nevandre shouted.

"Papa! I'm okay, it was an accident. I should've heard him coming." Lua tried to go to bat for the boy, waving in front of her Dad's face to return his attention back to her.
