"Are you sure you want to be trapped in a car with me? I can divinate us somewhere." Amulius smiled as he looked up at Lazlo. He was somewhat surprised that Lazlo would want to take him out, but decided to roll with it. Besides, Lazlo was adorable when he was this excited, and who was Amulius to deny someone so cute?

"Should you play I spy if you're driving?" Amulius teased. "Where do you want to go?" He asked then, sitting up slightly, cheek in his palm as he propped himself up.

"My parents have like seventeen kids, they won't miss me. Besides, worse comes to worst, I'll have Scott cover for me. He always does. It's his favorite hobby." Lazlo said, surely.

"It's a date," Amulius nodded slightly. "Now, come here." He uttered through a smirk as he leaned in toward Lazlo.

It was time for Amulius and Lazlo's first date, although it was his first date ever. Amulius had to admit, he was a little flattered that Lazlo would even ask him, the goods had long since been given up, there wasn't really anything to court for. But he liked the concept and was excited to get out of the city, he wanted to gussy up but figured that might raise brows at home. He managed to play off that he was following up on some 'family business,' out of town. Wasn't too far fetched, he's left for similar reasons in the past. His parents waved him off and wished him good luck. And now here he was, walking fast toward Lazlo's car with the collar of his jean jacket turned up, his dark circle lenses on as well as his black 'witches' hat.

He was full 'granny-mode,' or so he thought. Only Amulius dressed like this, not to mention his staff on his back and the ornate gemstones hanging from his neck. There was no real 'quiet' way to disguise himself, but he tried.

There once was a time when Lazlo's parents questioned him as normal parents do (Where are you going? Who are you going with? What time will you be back?), but somewhere between his thirteenth birthday and now, they had stopped. Lazlo assumed that it was because he was seventeen, on the cusp of adulthood, that they trusted him more. In reality, it was probably because he had already knocked someone up once and, honestly, what more could he do that was "worse" than that? Plus, they figured with how needy Buck was, which was by all standards as needy as any other child his age, he was probably put off from having any other children for sometime.

But tonight Lazlo's parents didn't have anything to worry about, or at least Lazlo surmised. He had planned a rather ordinary romantic night out for him and Amulius, his date. Of course, his date entailed stealing the family car tonight, there weren't many more shenanigans planned throughout the rest of the night.

He couldn't help but light up when he saw Amulius's lanky figure hurrying for the car and he stretched over the front seat to unlock the passenger's door.

"You need a ride somewhere, doll face?" He asked with a playful quirk of his brow.

"You're too kind, but, I don't have any money. How will I repay you?" Amulius mused playfully as he got in the car. His persona faded and trailed off with a laugh as he settled into the seat and threw his staff and hat in the back seat.

"Well, we can get to payment later. If this date goes well that is." Lazlo said, grinning and leaning over as he took Amulius's chin between his thumb and forefinger to place a kiss at the wolf-witch's lips. "So don't blow it." He teased.

Amulius smiled as Lazlo pulled away from the kiss, but challenged him with a playful grin.

"Oh, so you don't want me to blow it?" He asked jokingly before letting the bit go. "So, where are we adventuring off to?"
