"No, no car. I need to be able to sneak back into my family's place and if my dad is out for whatever reason and he happens to see a car he doesn't recognize, he'll probe for sure." Astrid explained, foregoing lying as it would seem the proverbial cat was out of the bag and the bouncer didn't mind.

“Okay.” Remus nodded, he didn’t really know how this was supposed to work. Was he going to get in trouble for leaving before the end of his shift? What about her friends? Did she want to leave now?

Remus had been sexually intimate with lots of women, but he’d never dated, and never been in a situation like this before.

“Were you...ready to go now?” He asked slowly, unsure.
