Riley quickly threw on a t shirt and jeans, not something she would normally wear but about as casual as it gets. She met Mityr by the door with her coat and they headed out.

Mityr and Riley arrived at Peter's office in the hospital in no time. When he could, he liked to have his "private" patients come into the hospital versus his apartment so they could get more thorough testing done and what not. Of course it was different when it came to birthing baby werewolves as things were not always certain and you never really knew what you were going to get. But since it was just a check up, in theory, Peter asked the Nikitins to come to his hospital office.

When he met them in the lobby, he promptly went to setting them up with a private file and situated in a room. Given his suspicions, Peter gave Riley a pregnancy test to take to confirm or deny.

"There's a bathroom down the hallway." He bobbed his head at her.

"Alright, let's just get it crossed off the list." Riley sort of uttered more to herself than Peter before stepping off to the bathroom for the pregnancy test. When she was finished she capped it and observed the time on her wrist watch, three minutes went by before the little screen read [pregnant. Riley wasn't amused and more or less in denial that it was even possible that she was already pregnant. She returned to the room with the test in hand, "Peter, I don't know if you want me to do something else, this one is faulty." She declared.

"I don't think it's broken." Peter sort of chuckled before giving a shrug. Though she didn't say it, he was sure she had gotten a positive result. "But given that you're already here, we can run a blood test if you'd like."

"What did it say?" Mityr asked, confused.

"It said positive, but that's crazy, right?" Riley sort of laughed.

Mityr's eyes went wide in surprise.

"Is it so crazy? You told me when you made your appointment that you and Mityr wanted to start trying. Are you saying you haven't already started?" Peter asked.

"Well yeah...But I don't think any of our kids happened, I dunno, first try?" Riley said.

"Sounds like this one did." Peter nodded, making a note in the file. "We'll have to do some blood work anyway, so we'll have a for sure answer then, but as it stands right now, congratulations. You're pregnant."

Mityr' face immediately lit up.

Riley still looked a little puzzled, but couldn't help but smile when she saw Mityr light up. She continued to grin as she looked at him but wanted to remain grounded.

"Alright, let's wait for the blood work before we celebrate anything." She chuckled.

Riley was in fact pregnant with baby number five. She wasn’t far long but still feeling extraordinarily blessed, and her mood improved greatly being at home. She was still getting the occasional work call, but that was about it. However it was gettin to be that time to tell their adult children and that didn’t feel like something to announce over the phone.

"Riley, did the boys say Sveta and Asha were coming? Is Adrik bringing the baby?" Mityr called from the dining room as he was setting up for dinner with the family. Of course, it wasn't just dinner with the family. Mityr and Riley were planning on telling everyone that they were adding to the Nikitin name.
