"Yeah, it's got a great view!" Shika exclaimed, tipping the doormen before gesturing for Wyla to follow him in. He greeted the person at the front desk before hitting the elevator, pressing the thirtieth floor.

The whole time Wyla was in awe, her jaw slacked as she took everything in. Bixley, having seen Wyla's expression, tried to mirror it with great exaggeration.

They ascended to their floor, Shika lead them down the corridor and stopped at an 114B before unlocking the door and swinging it open to let Bix and Wyla in. It was huge, the kitchen was all quartz counter tops with a new blacksplash; it was an open kitchen so you could see the wide living room before it. It was in theory plain, a black leather sectional sofa and a wall mounted tv. In the corner though, near the terrace was a drafting table. Slanted with some supplies scattered around it still from work Shika had been finishing up.

There was a flight of windy stairs to the floor above which consisted of only two rooms. A master and a guest, Shika had bought a bunk bed special though for the guest suite because he thought Bixley might like it. He didn't plan to stay longterm, but he wanted Bix to feel comfortable there. So 'her' room was decked out with toys and her own little drawing table. There was a little tv and radio in the room with a few disney movies on the nightstand to chose from.

"Make yourselves home." Shika smiled, shutting the door behind him.

"Oh my god, Shika...this is so...extra." Wyla said, taken aback as she looked around the apartment.

Meanwhile, Bixley wiggled eagerly in Shika's arms to try and get down.

Shika laughed, setting Bix down to cut her loose.

"I know, it's way too big for just me. But I guess this is where they lodge everybody from out of town." He explained.

"Well...this is extra. Amazing, but extra." Wyla laughed, watching as Bixley ran off to explore. As soon as Bix wasn't immediately in the area, or at least in line of sight, Wyla turned to Shika and gave him a small smile. She slunk over and placed her hands at the back of his neck and stretched to peck at his lips for a rather schmoozy kiss. "I missed you."

Shika smiled into the kiss, pressing his forehead against hers.

"I missed you more." He replied quietly, returning the schmoozy kiss.

Wyla let out a startled gasp followed by a laugh as she was swept off her feet. She clung to Shika and shook her head, grinning.

"Set me down!" She laughed.
