Natas couldn't help but flush, which old Natas never got flustered. But she couldn't help it when Armand said so lovely things to her.

"Okay, so then I'll be with you where ever you want to go." She said, smiling softly.

"Then let's eat breakfast, we can go into town together and I can get you some books if that pleases you." Armand said, unable to give a pleased smile when he saw Natas's flush.

He took the pan with the tortilla in it and flipped it over onto a plate to cut and serve. He gave Natas a rather generous helping, figuring she needed the strength, and gave himself a modest helping before going to take the plates to the table.

Natas sat down and started to eat but paused seeing Armand had given her a larger portion.

"I probably won't eat my whole plate," She said plainly.

Natas munched away contently, looking out the window and admiring the scenery. It almost felt familiar but she was sure it was because they had been settled there for awhile now.

"Why did you leave Spain?" She asked after awhile.

"Mm, I thought it might be interesting to leave Spain, travel through Europe. So I did. Then me and a few...well, they were friends then, I suppose, ended up in America. When we weren't friends anymore, that's when I met you." Armand explained as he poked and prodded at his food.

"I'd heard about you from some people and I thought you sounded interesting...so I made a few call so to speak and we met." Armand said, a bit amused by his own vagueness. "We didn't fall in love until later though."

Armand chuckled at that and shook his head.

"No, not really, but it did take someone else taking an interest in you for me to finally make it official." He said, a bit embarrassed.

"I'm so lucky." Natas boasted somewhat with a chipper smile. "It sounds like we're very happy together." She nodded.
