Shika sniffed, still clinging to Bix before peeling himself away. He kissed her atop her head before standing up again, he cupped Wyla's cheek before pressing his lips to hers for one final kiss.

Wyla reached up to wrap her arms around Shika's neck as he kissed her, her eyes watering and lips quivering as she tried not to outright cry.

Shika pulled away, stroking her cheek with his thumb. "This isn't forever, you'll see me again before you know it. I love you, but I have to leave now." He said remorsefully as he began to pull away.
