Jacey playfully trotted behind Kiona, but all but froze in his steps when he heard a familiar voice calling for him.
"Oi! Jacey Rae is that you?" Keith, a man from the same housing project, hollered from somewhere nearby.
"Shit." Jacey muttered before hurrying to catch up to Kiona. As soon as he reached her, he grabbed her and shoved her hurriedly into some dense shrubbery.

"Heeeey, Keith, w-wha, um, what are you doing?" Jacey sputtered, standing in front of the foliage.
"Oh, I saw you and thought I'd ask you if I could borrow the skimmer tomorrow. I have some errands to run in Bardnam and mine is o-"
"Yeahyeahyeah, that's fine." Jacey sputtered hurriedly, trying to shake Keith off.
