"Trust me, they'll be far more lenient on someone else's kid than mine. Bixley is a repeat offender." Wyla explained, glancing over when she heard Bixley chirping out little calls for the "baby snails" in the pen. "She won't last a day in whatever jail they send her to." She said, pointing at her daughter.

After finding their 'Pasty' all was almost well. Like Wyla said, and now Shika was able to agree, putting the blame on a child was almost nothing. The child got off with a light scolding and slower parents and children started to take their leave. The animal petting zoo vendor started gathered the baby animals. Shika himself even started packing up his paints before realizing that Wyla probably needed help with tear down.
While looking for Wyla already, he managed to find a trash bag and began picking up trash, food and drinks left behind. |

Bixley had taken refuge in the shade of a large tree and was sprawled out, asleep, in a blanket Wyla had laid out for her while she cleaned up.
Most of the PTA parents had left, leaving the cleanup to Wyla. She wanted to protest, of course, but after having been the true perpetrator (sort of) behind the animal incident, she felt like she "owed" the other moms, more or less. She was cleaning up one of the art stations set up and took a moment to pause and pull up her hair into a messy bun atop her head.

Wyla blinked, surprised, as she turned to Shika. She didn't' know anyone had stayed behind.
"Oh, no, it's fine. You don't have to help clean up." She tried.

| Shika made a face at Wyla but didn't stop. "Don't be silly, you already organized this whole event. Let me help with clean up, it's too much work for one person." He insisted. |
