Grey changed quickly, slipping into a pair of jean shorts and a new halter top; showing off her freckled shoulders and thighs. She never wore makeup and didn't bother with her hair ever, so she was in and out. Jogging out of the bathroom and ran to the entryway to slip on a pair of flats.

"Ready!" She signed at Emerson as he put on his shoes.

They arrived at the store and Grey grabbed a cart, she nudged Emerson with her elbow to get his attention.

"Get whatever you and Irving might want on your burgers and hotdogs. I know I want lettuce and onion on mine for sure." She signed.

"Yeah, sure. But you have to fry the bacon if I'm manning the grill." Grey signed.

Just then, before Grey could answer about the drinks she heard a voice.

"Grey!" Someone called, Grey didn't have to turn much to see Shika approaching the cart.

Grey made a bit of a face. She hadn't seen or heard from Shika since her ran her some clothes after Kisa broke things off. There was never any bad words exchanged between them, but there was something strange about seeing your exes brother. She just assumed that Kisa was his sister, he had to be on her side of things.

"Hey, Grey. How are you?" He asked with a smile before noticing Emerson and signing, Hello. He'd been practicing a little ASL between commissions and before bed but he wasn't as good as Grey.

"Oh. I'm fine." Grey shrugged glancing at Emerson to see if through eye contact they could decide or agree on this being a weird situation.
