Viktor felt like a weight had been lifted from his shoulders and he was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief and even smile a little.
“I think you’d be a great mom.” He admitted. “So...you won’t be upset if you are?”

“Well let’s see what I can find out.” Bernadette agreed,accepting the paper sack before excusing herself to the bathroom.

Bernadette was in the bathroom for a little bit. She wanted to take a few of the tests and she did get sick too again while waiting for the results. But eventually, several plus signs and ‘pregnant’ marked screens turned up. |

“So, they’re positive. I’m pregnant.” She announced carefully as she opened the door, trying to gauge Viktors reaction. |

“For sure?” Viktor asked, looking up at Bernadette to gauge HER reaction, though admittedly his heart was already swelling with the idea after Bernadette’s positive sentiment earlier.

“You will be.” Viktor smiled, reaching out to cup at Bernadette’s face. “You’re pregnant...you’re having our baby.” He giddily chuckled as he pet her cheeks with his thumbs before going to embrace her instead. “We’re gonna have a baby.”
