Emerson shook his head and pulled Grey into a firm embrace, gently rocking her as he reached up to pet at her still soaked hair.

Shika and Wyla had been seeing each other regularly for the last few months and while they did "couple" things, they weren't really...official. They talked like they were a couple, kissed like they were a couple, and...well, they were starting to do other couple things too, but Wyla was still waiting for Shika to make a move.

But she was beginning to wonder if SHE needed to make a move.

She was spending the night over at his place with him (yet another couple thing they indulged in frequently) and as she looked over the takeout menus laid out on the counter, she wondered if tonight she should just bite the bullet and ask Shika about their relationship.

If he didn't ask first.

Shika had been having the best few months he'd ever had, with Wyla. They did everything together, Shika couldn't imagine his life without her at this point. Of course it hadn't occurred to him whether or not they were 'official,' he assumed they were exclusive just judging by the way things were going now.

"Did you decided where you wanted to order?" He asked with a smile as he re-entered the kitchen after dropping his bag off in the living room.

"Mm, I heard that Thai place has pretty good food, but...I mean, pizza is life, right?" Wyla peaked up from the menu's smiling when her eyes met Shika's. She stepped around the counter and went to attach herself to Shika's side, as per usual, before reaching up to ruffle at his hair lightly. "What sounds good to you, though? You're the fussy eater." She teased him.
