Emerson bumbled a bit, but followed after Kisa, just wanting answers, though he didn't think he'd get any he would like.

Kisa sighed with relief as Emerson followed her, she took him into the downstairs bathroom and shut the door behind them for privacy. She licked her lips trying to formulate the best sounding explanation she could give. But she didn't want to lie, not that she could even think of one that would be believable.

"I've been...I am, seeing someone else. Elaine." Kisa said, biting the inside of her cheek.

Emerson watched Kisa's lips tentatively, trying to read what she was saying. It took him a moment to realize what she was saying and when he did, he let out another frustrated sound.

"Whuh abou' Grey!" He demanded.

"I know! I know...I...I forgot about Grey." Kisa admitted with a long exhale. Her brows were knit together tightly as she rubbed her temple, she didn't mean for things to happen this way. "I messed up, I am messing up. Just, please don't say anything. Let me talk to her."

Kisa exhaled and turned to face the door but paused. It wasn't just Grey that Kisa had to explain to, Elaine was owed and explanation as well. Deeming it too awkward to talk to them both in one setting, Kisa decided she wanted to talk to Elaine before Grey.

"I will, but I want to tell Elaine first." Kisa admitted with an expression of remorse.
