Il Soon took a moment, carefully looking at Priya. When he realized the audits of the way she carried herself, he held a hand out.

“Do you have a phone? I’ll give you my number and the address of our home office.” He said. “I’ll introduce you to Baz and see if we can get you involved.”

Priya didn’t hesitate, she pulled out a little blue flip phone, courtesy of the Society, and handed it to Il Soon. No one would’ve guessed Priya’s life would take this turn, the faerie with fluffy cotton candy pink hair; a rebel.

“You’ll let me know where I need to be? What you need me to do?” She asked.

“Yeah, and, since we both know how useless the Society has been, you can call me anytime if you need help with anything.” Il Soon bobbed his head as he put his number in, but promptly flushed when he realized how that sounded. “Strictly business, of course. Courtesy of the faction.”

“Thanks.” Priya said, offering the first semblance of a small small as she accepted her phone back. She hadn’t felt like she had a friend or ally since she got here, now she did.

“‘Course.” Il Soon smiled himself when he saw Priya’s. “You’re free to rest here until you feel alright enough to go home, but, if you want, when you go, I can go with you so you get home safe and without passing out or anything.”

Priya was unsure if she was able to fly, the ice helped a little and the bandage was applying the right amount of pressure to the wound on the back of her head but she didn’t feel confident about traveling; not yet anyways.

“I think I’ll wait here for a bit, if that’s okay?” Priya nodded.

"Yeah, that's fine. You can rest in here. We don't have a TV in here, but I have records, CDs, even a radio." Il Soon said before going over to his little shelving unit in his corner of the room. Just as he'd said, there was a stockpile of music on record and CD. There was even some tapes, though it looked like the tape player had seen better days as it rested unused on the shelf with remnants of a tape it ate coming out of it.

Priya, even though a musician, hadn’t played or listened to music since everything had happened. In her home she had a similar set up, a wall of records and a big antique record player her mother bought her for her birthday one year. She had a few tape players herself, and a machine that rewound tapes that had come undone. She stood up from the bed then, carefully, minding her head injury.

“You like music?” She asked, though it was pretty clear he did. She pulled out a couple records and admired the album artwork, reading the songs listed on the backside.

"Mhm, it's one of my favorite things." Il Soon said, his eyes lighting up with glee as he spoke fondly. While most people liked music, Il Soon loved it. His mainstay was typically older hip-hop, especially old MCs from Korea that Ki Moon himself once loved to listen to, but he loved all kinds of music and was often at the record shop finding new things to listen to. His brothers often gifted him with new CDs for his birthday, sometimes they'd all go to a show. If anything, music was Il Soon's first love.

“What’s your favorite?” She asked, looking up from the current record she was holding.

Il Soon let out a thoughtful hum as he looked at his shelf before his eyes brightened with an "Ah!" He crouched down and scanned over the records on the lower shelf before pulling one out.

"I really like Hyun Jin-Young. He's one of Korea's first hip hop artists, you know? Ki-Moon liked him, he liked Wawa too. THey used to make music together." He explained as he held the record out to Priya to look at.

“If you find something, let me know. We’ll play it.” Il Soon said as he set up the record player. He turned it on and adjusted the volume so it wasn’t overwhelming. He remained crouched by the player, a broad grin on his face as he listened to the music, enjoying it as much as he had the first time Ki-Moon had ever played it.
